I currently work at a local Chinese restaurant for some extra cash since money is kind of tight around our house. Being a superhero doesn’t really pay the bills, you know? That’s what my mom does when she’s not working her day job. My dad can’t exactly help out since he’s in prison so I have to. It’s not so bad though. Some nights are bad, like when I have to serve my fellow classmates but I also get all the Chinese food I want.

The only problem I have with work right now is trying to figure out what the hell I want to do with my life after high school. I have no idea what kind of career I want to follow. Do I take Mom’s route and become a superhero who has to struggle to make ends meet because she’s so busy trying to save the world? Or do I follow in my father’s footsteps and run the risk of spending the rest of my life in prison? And then there’s always the option of saying to hell with the whole super-powered lifestyle and just try to live like a normal person.

1. What do you like most about your job?

The free food. C’mon, who doesn’t like Chinese food? The money and tips don’t hurt either.

2. What do you like least about your job?

Serving rude assholes or my classmates. Washing dishes kinda blows too.

3. What work activity is most challenging for you?

Serving ten different tables at a rush time like lunch or dinner. It’s hard to keep all the orders straight.

4. What is your favorite work activity?
Getting paid.

5. What work-related skills are you good at?

I’m a mean dishwasher.

6. What work-related skills would you like to learn more about?

How to make money with doing less work. Not sure if that’s technically a skill but whatever it is, I’d like to be able to do it.

7. If you could change anything about yourself, what would it be?

My temper. I know it sucks, I know it gets me into trouble but I can’t control it.

8. When you have a bad day at work, it is usually because…

Someone made a huge mess that I had to clean up and it was incredibly busy.

9. When you have leisure time, what do you like to do?

Read, drive, sleep, relax.

10. What other career(s) are you interested in?

I don’t know. Nothing really seems to fit my talents of being able to start fires.

11. Do you take outside lessons or classes of any kind?
I’m in highschool so yeah, classes are mandatory right now.

12. Do you have any pets?

Nope.
